Our farm-raised tilapia is a whitefish well-known for its lean, mild flavors, and flaky textures, perfect to be paired bolder flavors. Although a versatile fish great for many cooking methods such as baking, grilling, sautéing, and pan frying. Their flesh should be a pinkish, white color when raw, and will cook up white. Our tilapia is offered daily fresh and skinless.
