Our fresh Steelhead is responsibly raised in the rapid, cold waters off the West coast of Scotland, producing healthy, strong, consistent flavored and textured fish. Steelhead flavor is a cross between salmon and trout, and has a bright, orange-red flesh with rich flavors and full of fat content. A versatile fish with firm, yet delicate textures offered whole and filleted.
