Atlantic Spadefish are found along the coastal waters of the North and South Atlantic, typically wild caught near shipwrecks. Their diet consists of feeding on crustaceans, which gives off a mild, yet sweet taste. Spadefish has a firm, white, flaky flesh ideal for frying, broiling, and grilling.
