Beeliner Snappers are a brightly colored, mild tasting fish native to the southern Atlantic coast. Also known as Vermillion Snapper, these fish are soft and mild flesh with a slightly sweet flavor and medium texture. Low in oil content perfect for sautéing, baking, and grilling. A seafood lover’s favorite, great for whole fish preparations. Offered whole, dressed, filleted with skin-off or skin-on.
