Mako sharks are extremely active fish that are most abundantly found in the warm waters of the Atlantic, Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. Known for their lean meat, full-bodied taste, and low fat content. Mako sharks have a sweet flavor profile and are comparable to Swordfish. Ideal cooking methods include grilling, broiling, and sautéing.
