Our White Perch is a brackish water fish wild-caught in the Chesapeake Bay, although can be found from Nova Scotia waters down to the coast of Florida. Perch is a white fish sweet in flavor and flesh with smooth, flaky textures. The perfect pan-sized fish for whole presentations that bake, fry, and steam well. Available whole, gilled, and gutted.
