Ocean Perch are members of the Rockfish family roaming the Pacific waters from Alaska to California. A fairly versatile fish with a mild and sweet taste that fuses well with most flavors. Ocean Perch has edible skin and soft flesh and is highly regarded as the best panfish in the seafood world. A lean, moist, and flaky meat that can be enjoyed broiled, sautéed, baked, or pan-fried.
