Mahi are strong, fast swimmers that are distributed throughout the tropical and subtropical waters around the world producing lean meat with a firm texture. The flesh is a smooth pinkish-white with a sweet flavor similar to swordfish. Delicious, clean flavors with medium fat content that is packed full of nutrients. A highly versatile fish great for most cooking methods.
