Atlantic Croaker are found along the coasts of the North Atlantic from the Chesapeake Bay to the northern, coastal waters of Mexico. A member of the drum family, known for and named after their loud croaking sounds, that can weigh between 1-4 pounds. Mostly commonly enjoyed whole as the perfect pan-sized fish for baking, grilling, or steaming. A versatile, white-fleshed fish with lean, sweet flavors due to their crustacean and shrimp diet.
