Our fresh farm-raised cobia is a product of Open Blue Cobia, which is a sustainable farming operation located off the coast of Panama. These fish are farmed in the deep ocean, where Cobia roam in their natural habitat. Known as a premium white fish with rich and buttery notes. Firm in texture with relatively high fat content, containing moisture after cooking. A fish that is sweet and richly flavored with a fresh finish, making it an ideal product for sashimi and ceviche. Moisture is contained after cooking, producing versatility in cooking methods–great for any presentation!
