Barrelfish are wild caught in the deep waters along the Atlantic coast and through the Gulf of Mexico. This white, firm, and flakey fish has the taste and texture similar to crab and lobster. The mild, yet distinctive flavor of the barrelfish is moist when cooked, giving off rich and sweet notes. Great for pan searing, roasting, and grilling.
