Speckled Trout, also known as spotted sea trout,  are mostly found in the waters of the southeastern states, along the coasts of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Often served whole with a growing popularity due to their adequate bone to flesh ratio, and buttery notes. A fish with small flakes, meaty flesh, and briny flavors, ideal for broiling, frying, or grilling.
