Black Tip Shark has pink and white flesh and holds up well in a variety of seasonings and cooking methods. Diet mainly consists of anchovies, crustaceans, and squid, which gives off a distinctive, sweet flavor. A lean and dense flesh with a meaty texture, commonly enjoyed grilled.
